Essays on non-fiction film ed Charles Warren pub Wesleyan

This book has a series of interesting essays on a variety of documentary and fiction films and film makers, including Cgris Marker, Tarkovsky, Godard, but also early documentary film makers, US independents etc, Sometimes a bit hit and miss but I found much informative and particularly enjoyed the last essay by Susan Howe.
